PURPOSE:
1. To present for information an updated report on the status of Board motions to
21 December 2005.
BACKGROUND:
2. At the June 2004 Chairs’ Committee meeting, a tracking system reflecting all resolutions
approved by the Board for the period from 1 December 2003 to 14 June 2004 was received.
Regular updates were provided during 2004 and were continued in September and November
2005.
STATUS:
3. The updated tracking system, attached as Annex 1, reflects board motions approved since the last
report in November as well as motions from the previous report on which action has not been
completed.
4. The next update on public motions will be provided at the March Chairs’ Committee meeting.
