PURPOSE:
1. To provide Trustees with the Board Motion Report covering the period 25 January 2006 to 10
April 2006.
BACKGROUND:
2. At the June 2004 Chairs’ Committee meeting, the initial tracking system reflecting all resolutions
approved by the Board covering the period 1 December 2003 to 14 June 2004 was received.
3. Updates have been provided quarterly since June 2004.
STATUS:
4. The tracking system update, attached as Annex 1, reflects board motions approved since the last
report in January 2006 and also includes any motions where action has not been completed from
the previous reports.
5. The next update on public motions will be provided at the June Chairs’ Committee meeting.
