Re Revision to Board By -laws - Consent Agenda
Trustee Laws has given notice that he will move as follows at the 31 March 2004 Chairs'
Committee meeting:
Whereas the Board needs a more efficient way of addressing its business in a timely way and
discussing items of importance, while not allowing minor items to disrupt the agenda;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT the use of a consent agenda be approved for Board meetings.
