REPORT NO. 3, HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE
TO: The Board DATE: 6 April 2004
A meeting of the Human Resources Committee was held this evening in the Trustees'
Committee Room, 133 Greenbank Road, Ottawa, commencing at 7:30 p.m. with Trustee Sheryl
MacDonald in the Chair and the following also in attendance:
MEMBERS: Trustees Alex Getty, Lynn Graham and Greg Laws
ALSO PRESENT: Trustees Bronwyn Funiciello, David Moen, Lynn Scott and Joan Spice
STAFF: Bonnie Viney, Coordinating Superintendent of Corporate Services
Michael Clarke, Superintendent of Finance
Janice McCoy, Executive Officer, Human Resources
Janet Beer, Labour Relations Officer

1. Call to Order and Introductions
Trustee Sheryl MacDonald called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
2. Approval of the Agenda
On a motion by Trustee Spice, the agenda was approved as circulated.
3. Public Question Period
There were no questions from the public.
4. New Business
The Committee resolved to an in camera session at 7:35 p.m. and subsequently adjourned
at 10:30 p.m.
