Committee (SEC) and our School Board Trustee, Mr. Norm MacDonald, has
suggested that I contact you to arrange a time for a briefing to the Board
at the next meeting of the OCDSB, on Monday 14 January 2002. The intent of
the briefing would be to provide the Board with background information on
the SEC including its objectives and to describe its philosophy with respect
to meeting the education needs of the children and students who reside in
the area traditionally referred to as South Nepean. The brief would take
between three and four minutes. Please let me know if you have any
questions.
