Re: Review of Board By -laws, Policies and Procedures
Trustee Libbey has given notice that he will move as follows at the Board meeting
on 9 September 2002:
Whereas the Supervisor wishes to increase the efficiency of the operations of the Board
in all possible ways:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Chairs' Committee, at its September 2002
meeting, review the bylaws, policies and procedures of the Board to identify potential
ways to improve efficiency, and that staff and the Supervisor be invited to make
suggestions in this regard to the Committee, all with the purpose of advising the
Supervisor on ways and means to improve efficiency.
