Trustee Libbey has given notice that he will move as follows at the Board meeting
on 9 September 2002:
Re: Continuation of Process for Selection of New Director
Whereas the selection of a new Director of Education is possibly the most important
responsibility that the Trustees normally fulfill;
Whereas a carefully defined search process is well underway;
Whereas delaying the search process would almost certainly lead to a situation where
there would be fewer well qualified candidates from which to choose;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the process to select a new Director of Education
continue exactly as defined by the Trustees prior to the appointment of the Supervisor.
