To finalize the Board and Committee calendar for September to December 2000. BACKGROUND: 2. On 28 August 2000, the Board passed a motion which included Part H., as follows: That a proposed calendar for September to December 2000, in accordance with the plan of action for the 2001 -02 budget process, be brought for approval to the Board on 11 September 2000. STATUS: 3. The proposed calendar attached as Appendix A includes Special Purpose (Budget) Committee meetings as outlined in the schedule of meetings that was also approved by the Board on 28 August (see Appendix B), with the exception of one meeting originally proposed for 29 November 2000, which has been removed in order to accommodate the Chairs' Committee meeting now scheduled for that evening. RECOMMENDATION: That the proposed Board and Committee calendar for September to December 2000 attached as Appendix A be approved. James P.
