RE: Revision to Board By -laws - Public Question Period
Whereas amendments to the Board's By -laws require two weeks' notice in writing to all
Board members, Trustee Chambers has given advance notice that he will move as follows at
the 11 September Board meeting:
THAT the Board's By -laws with respect to Public Question Period be revised
to reduce the time allotted to each questioner from two minutes to one minute.
