Please use one sheet per request. Please indicate if they are a convenor of the sport.
Guidelines:
Cross Country and Track & Field: Release time will be provided for one (1) teacher per school for each regional meet
regardless of the number of participants. For the District-wide meet, release time for one (1) teacher for each school
qualifying a minimum of ten (10) competitors will be provided. Convenors for regional and District-wide meet wills be
eligible for one (1) day of release time prior to the meet as well as one (1) day of release on the day of the event.
All Other Sports: As in the past, release time for other sport coaches will not be provided this year. Convenors of the
following sports: soccer, touch football, basketball, volleyball & badminton, will be provided with a half –day release on the
day of their event.
