OCDSB PROCEDURE
PR.578.HR – Placement of Principals and Vice Principals
Following the meeting (between the principal designate and the school
council or chair), and no later than the end of September (if spring
appointment) or the end of February (if fall appointment), the principal
will develop and review an entry plan with the staff, the Superintendent of
Instruction and the school council. The entry plan will clearly reflect the
principal profile and the school profile and such other information made
available to him/her through the Superintendent of Instruction, the school
council chair or council itself and the school staff.
