Police in Florida have arrested a 36 -year-old woman for allegedly having a romp in a church parking lot with a 15 -year-old
student.
According to the New York Daily News, middle school teacher Katie Carsey allegedly confessed to cops that she was
involved in a relationship with the youngster that she had met last year when he was 14.
A Facebook post from the Marion County Sheriff s Office noted Carsey — a teacher's assistant at Fort McCoy Middle School
— was caught in July half -naked in a vehicle in a church parking lot.
Cops say a deputy had seen a suspicious looking vehicle in the parking lot and decided to investigate. Carsey attempted to
leave the area when confronted by the deputy, allegedly telling them she was waiting for an adult man.
However, the unidentified 15 -year-old student later told cops he was in the parking lot with Carsey when he fled upon the
deputy's arrival.
Cops noted on Facebook that Carsey "gave conflicting accounts regarding her involvement with the juvenile victim."

"After being presented with the facts of the investigation, Carsey confessed to having sexual contact with the juvenile
victim," the posting stated.
The teen wasn't a student at the school Carsey taught at, police say.
Arrested on Wednesday, Carsey was charged with a count of lewd or lascivious molestation. She's currently behind bars
with bail set at $1o,000.
