Central ILFM Illness – Immediate Family Hire date on or before August 31, 2016: Up to 3 days per occasion due to serious illness of a spouse, child, parent, sibling or person in loco parentis This leave is intended to provide leave for an employee to arrange for alternate care for a qualifying family member at the onset of a serious illness (including surgery or diagnosis). Following diagnosis, where there is ample notice of appointments for an extended course of treatment, an employee is entitled to take a total of 3 days for the entire course of treatment. Not required Central W Inclement Weather Employee is expected to make every reasonable effort to report for duty. The responsibility for determining reasonable efforts rests with Supervisor.
