parentis relationship with whom the employee resides or
resided
In extenuating circumstances, additional leave w/o pay may be
granted by Principal of Continuing Education or Manager.

Leave
Up to 3 days may be granted in any work year for matters of
urgent and/or essential personal business including a
maximum of one day for the moving of personal effects, upon
written request filed with the Principal of Continuing Education
or Manager.
Upon request by Supt or Designate acceptable evidence verifying the
need for the absence will be provided by the Employee. Designate =
Supervisor, P/VP, or Manager. Urgent or Essential personal business
includes leaves for medical, personal, or legal reasons. Annual
medical/dental appts. or routine appts. related to pregnancy can be
drawn from special leave.
