Email forwarded to the Associate Director’s office for follow-up. 22 January John Warren Mr. Warren wanted to discuss the implementation of the School Food and Beverage Policy in one of our schools. The office of the Superintendent followed up with Mr. Warren. 23 January Enrichment Studies Unit of Queen’s University The Enrichment Studies Unit’s (ESU) three and five day Experience Queen’s University programs for grade 5-6 and 7-8 and secondary school (9- 12) students and school groups are now approved OCDSB excursions. Students can attend with a school or independently. Financial aid is available to assist with registration fees. Support documentation posted on P/VPs Conference for information. 24, 27, 28, 29 January Superintendent Nadia Towaij Communications regarding the School Year Calendar Committee. PIC Chair and OCASC Rep are members of the Committee. 29 January Emily Addison A suggestion to compile 2-4 page outline of the curriculum of each grade and send it to parents to be more in tune with what’s happening in school. Suggestion forwarded to elementary and secondary system principals. 03 February Sylvia Corzato Ms. Corzato is a parent consultant and Behaviour Coach offering her services to parents and staff. Email forwarded to the Associate Director’s office for follow-up.
