School Council Information
Update on 2021-2022 PRO Grant Parent Information Sessions
We recently shared information about the plans for the 2021 -2022 PRO Grant
Parent Information Sessions, an initiative that helps School Councils to get
parents engaged with the school community. We wanted to provide some
additional information to support School Councils in their planning.
The OCDSB Communications and Information Services Department is in the
process of finalizing speakers and dates for the sessions. That list should be
available by March 25, 2022. We plan to have the sessions run from la te April
into May, and we will share exact dates once the details have been
finalized. Although we believe the OCDSB's PRO Grant allocation model will be
ideal for many school communities, schools also have the option to organize
and operate their own event.

Toonie Tuesday Continues
This Week
Thank you to everyone who

Families can continue to support
the Education Foundation of
Ottawa (EFO) all week by
sending their child to school with
$2 (or more) or donating online.
The EFO provides OCDSB
students with appropriate access
to food, clothing, school supplies,
healthcare supports, and
opportunities for learning and

Calendar regularly to view upcoming Board meetings, committee
meetings, and events open to families and students.
