ABOUT THE BOARD GOVERNANCE TASK FORCE COMMITTEE:
The Board Governance Task Force will recommend governance structures and practices for the Ottawa-
Carleton District School Board.
The Task Force will work as a Special Purpose Committee on the following items:
Review of the Board and Committee structure, and
o
Review of the Board By-laws and Standing Rules.
o
The Board Governance Task Force members will serve until November 2011.
The Task Force will meet at the call of the chair, and it is expected the meetings will be at least on a
monthly basis during the school year.
